Just seen the new Lancia Delta
Discussion
Just spent my lunchtime gawping at a foreign registered Lancia Delta and have to say i quite like it, looks a bit like a Seat Leon but overall not bad. Pity they axed plans for Lancia to come to UK but it seems the only lancia fans left here want an integrale version...its a bit like mitsubishi making the evo for one crowd and the lancer 1.5 for the other....
Any one else seen one - or even own one?

When the photos were released I thought is look terrible. But upon seeing one in the flesh several months ago, I had to admit it looked great, although some of the cheap detail detracts from an overall impressive package.
It is an enormous car, so there would be no danger of an "integrale" version, as even a "fast" version would end up being more of a 4-door GT than hot hatch.
I know a chap that has one, over on the Club Lancia Sport forum.

Hi Alan. I don't know him personally; I saw the car at Goodwood trackday in the Spring and had a brief natter.
Still got the 500? Ours has been spot on since day 1. She wants the CC now (well a CC Abarth, but I don't think they're doing oen of those).
What at the LMC track day? That would be LMC vice president Paul Baker with the black Delta that he had on long term loan from Lancia. That was the car that was bought over for the LMC stand at the NEC.Still got the 500? Ours has been spot on since day 1.
