A number of owners will have them around because they have fitted remote systems. You may want to consider the same.
Ditto has a system where the first 'push' unlocks the door and the second pops it open.

Well, the keys are Fiat so the locks must be Fiat ones also

The latch mechanism is the same but Ditto has removed the lock itself and glassed over the hole.
I think it is only the lock barrel etc to OP is looking for.

No not quite.
Go to my web site via my profile. Select 'Doors' and you will see a selection of photos of how I fitted remote locking.

OK,Thx guys. Seems they are not the same.

The items I am after are now pretty much impossible to get unless I buy a whole Panda!

A whole Panda will likely be less than a pair of locks from the Factory.

Right, All is far more simple than originally anticipated.

below is SteveD's door lock and the lock from a Panda. I think we have the solution.

One is obviously LH and the other RH but I think we are there.

Email on its way to Wayne!

Thanks again.

Clive, I have neither of the locks in my actual posession. Fiat dealer seems not to recognise the numbers.

I bought a set of the locks last year from FIAT. Over 56,- Euros each!
No numbers on the locks, only on the bags.
The part numbers are 7723516 and 7723517 but I don`t know
which is left and which is right.

Is it common for folks to carry 4+ keys with them on their Ultima keychain?

I have one for each door and the same again for each fuel tank, plus another for the removable steering wheel. Surely it makes sense to consolidate down to two locks from four, I don't see the sense in having so many.

I'd like to stick with mechanical locks (vs keyless discussed here), so am assuming I can get replacement barrels and match them. Am I crazy?

Wow nice thread revival!!

Plus the ignition keysmile

You'll need to change out the respective barrels.

Factory may help here.
My car has frenched in door locks and Sparco type steering wheel QR so only two keys for ignition and fuel filler caps.

Cheers FC. I may reach out to the factory, although I'm sure they'll add an unnecessary premium.

I don't suppose if anyone knows whether the Punto locks are MK1 or MK2?

I've found a cheap set of MK2 barrels and matching keys for £20 on the bay

My Factory door locks use the same key for both sides.

The fuel fillers are individual (2 keys). But I only lock them if leaving the car in a public place for more than 10 mins.
