Hi Ian, what did they quote you.
At the time we were getting quotes we try'd to hold 15 rooms just in case and talked her down to £90 per room. It was the only hotel with that number of rooms available for that time of the year[holiday weekend].
cheers jonny..

That's me booked, yet to tell the O/H that she will be travelling down in her Clio as I am taking my son Brunel in the Wedge, although she will probbaly be happy lounging around by the hotel pool.
The TVR is looking worst for wear at the moment so need to get cracking on a few repairs

Cheers

The Rusty Nail Run, a rusty nail is a scottish drink [1 measure drambuie and 1 measure whisky] adjusted to suit. Which we brought with us to the BBWF 09,went down a treat so rob/tony thought a run to the scottish borders would be nice run. So rob named it [The Rusty Nail Run].
Now that they have called it that,i'm going to have to bring a bottle with me,dont have a problem with that.

That's the run worked out for Sat, you'll enjoy this Rob approx 70 miles and 2hrs driving through the most twisted /narrow/sheep infested roads out,it's the only road you can see the white's of the drivers eyes coming towards you.
Bring it on jonny...yikes

Best not hit the nail till after the run or the whites will be reds.

Jonny, could you post a copy of the route and meeting times? I can't stay over (Rob will probably say I'll miss the whole point of the weekend! DRINK!) but I'd like to meet up and do the run with you.

Would be good to see the FHC on the run Roy.

I love the FHC cars and look to own one in the very near future "watch this space"

As for the beer, it will always come second to these truly amazing cars, as i spend 8 month of the year at sea, and the other 4 month is spent with th family, wedge included.

Look forward to seeing you at th Rusty Nail Run Roy, should be a good one.

Though the nail should be fun also.

Rob;)

Hi Rob, just fell in love with my FH at the weekend. I've spent the last six months getting it sorted out(ish) and managed a 420 mile run up to Alford at the weekend. It was fantastic! I've decided I like TVR's ;-)

Here it's at the top of Glenshee having a rest.

PS the wheels look amazing and the dampers are doing their thing!
