I looked for this on the search and a visual search as well, but no doubt someone will link it up here in the event it's a Repost..

But it seems that, quite shockingly, Speed Cameras don't appear to save lives.

Eh? Are you joking? That's surely the most meaningless statistic possible. It tells you nothing whatsoever about the effectiveness of speed cameras in reducing deaths.
