How long were you seeing someone before the big scary "L Word" was used? Been seeing someone for two months, really like her and think it has long-term potential, but don't think it's quite time for that word to be used yet. Think the time will come though. Just curious as to what others' experiences were.

This sounds corny but I didn't hear it, I saw it in her eyes one day. So I asked her and she coughed the job. This forced me to divorce my wife. But to answer the OP question, 2-3 months in.

She knew the day we met, I think I did too, but it took a few weeks to find the courage to admit it to myself.

Silver Anniversary next year.

Ha ha! Actually, I have never been the one to blink first... though "blinking" has only happened in two previous relationships!

Bout 3 days ago. We were just over 6 months in. I don't like to say it until I really, really mean it.

I actually dropped it two days ago in my relationship. But to answer the question, 8 months in.

I always tell girls I love them right away, you know, to get them into bed quicker. hehe

I'm joking, just in case that isn't clear

Its usually been 2-3 months for me. I had one girl tell me in German - I didn't speak german. She was too nervous to say it in English I guess. That was sweet.

Oddly, there is a Freudian slip in that.

As sweet & innocent as that sounds... 'Ich liebe dich' could easily be mis-construed in the throws of passion.

hehe Not far off!! We were spending NYE together and decided to try and have a simultaneous orgasm at the stroke of midnight - sadly Dale Winton came on the telly at the wrong moment and made us a bit late... I do miss her sometimes!
