Ok we have a dilemma. The Nazi waggon has broken AGAIN for the third time in as many weeks. We've accepted its nine years old and is really going to start costing us a fortune. It has to go.
So we tried really hard today to look around a couple of garages.
It was horrendous, tedious and extremely boring. All of the cars looked the same
. The highlight was getting back in the Monaro.
We went into a Vauxhall dealer and test drove a VXR Astra. Its a lovely car, nice and quick and very well loaded, I'm just not to keen on front wheel drive.
So can anyone come up with any other suggestions. We have it down to two cars now. VXR Astra or VXR8. The Astra make more sense due to tax and insurance but for an extra £5,000- £6,000 we could have a VXR8. That is the only real way of us not fighting over who gets to drive what.
The question is are we missing something. Is there a car that could be suitable. Its needs a biggish boot, power, preferably four doors. Help please

Didn,t look like they kept them all there as i only saw 1 red one !

So there are non for sale at £23K plus that you can just buy? Even if you were to walk in with pound notes. A couple of the lads on here a bought new ones recently and i don't think they are renting them. Wonder if i'd be better going to picadors? Its the distance that's the bummer. Archie Moss are much closer to us.I "bought" mine about three weeks ago but got the reg docs today. I think the rental agreement is a way of Archie Moss getting extra discounts from Vauxhall . I must be honest I took a bit of persuading but all seems legit as car is now mine , 2nd owner though . But for that price im not too bothered.Best to talk to them about it but as I said watch out for the one with the damaged bonnet its also got a few miles on it.

Its Col that controls the money. I'm just his dumb girlfriend. these ones at Picadors can you pay them cash and own the car or do you need to rent it first????? It will be fun dragging against Col:hehe. The ro will be mine

7 on their website, When i went to look at monaro's there before there were none on site unless you made an apointment. Could be just lack of space there !Gassing Station | HSV & Monaro | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
