For those of you who are not mind readers heres the copied and pasted article from ED:

8th August: More congratulations to France's Eric Teboul who clocked a world best ET for a bike of 5.304 seconds on his Rocket Bike at the Bulldog Bash at Shakespeare County Raceway this afternoon. Tony Byng tells us that Eric's terminal speed was 243.78 mph which is getting ever closer to the world's best terminal speed for a bike. Congratulations are also in order to Martin Hill who reset the Shakespeare County Raceway Jet FC track speed record with a 5.984/282.49 in the Fireforce 3 Jet Funny car.

Hope that makes sense now

Ahhh... blatant copyright infringement at its finest. You know, you could have just linked to the item in question on eurodragster.com. That way, those that want to know what we're talking about can follow the link, Eurodragster's advertisers get more exposure, which in turn helps fund the site that we're all so dependent on.

Anyway, congrats to Eric, and also to Martin for getting back down into the 5s.

if im not mistaken, the world speed record for a bike is 250mph, run by kory hogan in the states. Erics last run of the day on saturday, he ran 251mph! this probably needs to be confirmed, but as far as i know, thats the new speed record!!!

As a follow up to the latest Eurodragster snippet, anyone know anything about David Pertue's rocket FC? Google isn't yielding much.

given the family connections and the performance, I am guessing it is the Feeler- Perrot 'Satanique Machine'. In other words, Vanishing Point. smile

Great to hear that the car is running and a 5 isn't too bad. Would love to see it over here more often.
