GTA Liberty City Cheats - Cell Phone

Hi Guys

I have just started playing GTA and am trying to access some of the cheats.

The on-line guides say you have to enter the numbers on the cell phone. However, I don't seem to be able to enter numbers - it just goes to Phonebook / Messages etc

Any ideas?

Your press up - to get the phone open. and press up again to access then keypad. Then enter in the number and ring it. This will then be save in the phone under the menu "cheats" on the phone, So once you have rang it once you do not need to type it in again.
