Very cool - been looking for that for a while as the rest of the links seem to be down. That link goes to the Introduction chapter, do you have the names and/or the links to all the other chapters? :-)

The first link is to a site run by me. I've hosted them there because the server space for me is free. The actual website I've made for them is on a different server, and can be found at www.thetvrsite.com.
