Reoccuring Nightmares.....

Morning all,

A few months ago our garden shed got broken into, twice inside a week. Nothign of particular value was in there, an old bike and a few other bits and bobs.

It upset the GF quite alot. The shed was an old rickity thing so we agreed to take it down and we'd put a new one up, i've installed a security light for the back garden, and made the fence more "secure".

Anyway, it obviously effected her quite alot as she keeps waking up through the night having had a bad dream / nightmare.

The dreams are never the same but always feature the shed / garden and soemone trying to break into it.

Any ideas on how to stop these dreams happening?

that I can't spell recurring correctly!

Maybe she has other "issues" that are manafesting themselves as this bad dream about the shed. Or maybe not.

My car got broken into twice at night weeks apart, both times I was awoken by the scrote smashing the glass and legging it. It really interfered with my sleep for a good months as I was always on edge. She will get over it in time.
