Classic car specific track days.
Discussion
Does anyone know of any classic car only track days?
I'd love the chance to get my classic on track but I fear that the perfomance and handling would have me spending most of the day looking in the mirror.
I know that Octane magazine run track days which seem to lean towards classics but they only do a couple each year and they are at Goodwood which is great if you have lots of power but a bit hardwork for smaller cars.
A gap in the market perhaps?

Chris at www.circuit-days.co.uk was mentioning this to me at the le mans track days in the summer, think it's down to the numbers game but I've done spa & nurburgring trips with classsics in tow & tbh if they're driven well they don't get on the way at all. In fact I reckon people give them enough room out of respect & they always draw a croud in the pit lane.
At le mans there was a gorgeous grp5 BMW csl & even though it's a short circuit there was no problems with speed differences.
Speak to whoever is organising the event-chances are they'll be a true petrolhead & will try & make allowences for any type of car or driver
