Scratch built 1/2 scale Alfa P3 Tipo B

Hi all thought i would share with you my Alfa model that i finaly finished in 07.
I built this from scratch out of steel,ply wood,alloy & mahogany. Started it in 1992 when i was unemployed, got a job and didn't do anything to it for over ten years. Decided to get it done at the begining of 07.I still have some parts to add but its mostly done.

one of the nicest large scale models I ever saw

Last night (for a second)at the Ace I thought the model was there but in fact there was a lovely Alfa, 'rarri type racer from that era on show

Upright rad separate wings two seats in glorious red

I just quietly drooled from afar

(didnt want to get too close in case someone asked me a question about it --- I hate not knowing enough to be a cleverdicky)

I doubt if I have a decent picture, but I'll check me phone (Bloomin camera ran out of volts...)
