Just prepared some.. or rather, prepared it for the grill.
Its a simple concoction.
Lamb Cutlets, fresh from a Dorset Butcher, basted in a mint, garlic, coriandar and pepper marinade, set to infuse for around 2 days and then popped under the grill as I am about to do.
This is all about flavour and nothing about presentation. I added some Rosemary and additional pepper. With the side of veggie cottage cheese and brown rice this is as healthy as it is tasty...
Bring it on!
So far....

Veggie cottage cheese? As opposed to the sort made from meat? You do realise you can add all the cottage cheese and brown rice you want to those 50% fat lamb chops but it doesn't make them any healthier. . . . . .
Why not just dump the lentilism and serve them with some nice buttery mash and some asparagus giddled in butter and black pepper and then pour a nice thick gravy over the lot!
