- Travel Light - Makes a huge difference to stress and tiredness levels
- Dont always use a currency exchange for foreign currency and travellers cheques. Credit Card companies will tend to charge less for the conversion including any charge. Also you may benefit from exchange rates at point of purchase.
- If going to or from the far east for long haul use the eastern plane companies - Malaysia, Thai and maybe Air Nz - They offer 34'' seat pitch against BA's miserly 31''.
