Are watches much cheaper in Singapore?

Out on a work trip at the moment, and figuring things look cheaper here. not completely sure (I'm not really a fanatic on the prices of watches!).
Rather fancy getting myself a simple Hublot (not really a Big Bang fan) - what kind of percentage would I save - if any? Any store reccommendations?
