I think everyone agrees that the 2009/10 Viper ACR is the car to have, but of course, colour is a personal preference!

So, who's going to be the first to actually buy one rather than just post wind-ups? wink

Maybe we should take bets - anyone want to start? I'll start:

ViperDave - 2:1 favourite

El Presidenté - 100:1 outside chance

Me - 1000:1 certain fall at the first hurdle frown

I personally think that these are the main serious Contenders:

ViperDave
XYYMan (Phil)
ACRman (Clive)

And possibly
ViperlessRob as an outside loose cannon bet

There would be many more if the funds were available to us, and you could definitely include me in the list if that were the case... But then giving it serious thought I think I might end up buying something else Viper related and being too sensible with the change...

at 2 to 1 odds i bet $50,000 its me.

That's should cover the purchase price.

oh hang on, no, £200 on Graham, that should make enough to cover buying one for both of us

I guess there is always the vague chance that Sir Steve could wake up one morning feeling right as rain, and think... "fk it! I'm having one of those!" I know he would like one, but his back is against him on that idea.

I would definitely be interested to see what Nad could do in one of those, I'm booking my passenger seat now! I guess Nad and/or Bjorn could always be contenders for first UK purchase...

And let's face it Fishboy is always up to something... You'd have to include him somewhere in the list, but not with great odds as a favourite

What makes you say that? Is that an educated guess, which I must agree with, or have you heard rumbles from the Viper Jungle?

I don't mind who gets one first, as long as it's not in the colour I want! wink

Are there any in the UK already that are owned by people outside the club?

As far as I am aware there are none in the UK yet... But I guess you never know?? If they aren't in contact with the club, or if no-one has spotted it, then we won't find out til we see it

There are many Viper owners in the UK who are not involved with your club, we have aready supplied ACR's into the UK, (Black with Red stripes and all Black) and to other European Customers in Nice and Marbella.

If there is any one out there who is serious about owning one in the UK we can supply the car registered new in the UK, IVA approved and with a 3-year UK and european warranty.
