Does anyone have a set of measurements with which I can build a 3D model of a Rolex Daytona with a 42mm or 40mm face?

Either this, or does anyone have an electronic copy of a user manual for one? I have heard that they have the full spec in there.

much appreciated.

I don't think the user manual contains a full CAD spec for the build of the watch rofl Certainly mine didn't!

What are you trying to do?

You're only allowed to make jokes like that if you're previously owned a Daytona, then discarded it in favour of something superior

Have you discarded a Daytona?

I have bought a sofa from a man wearing one, does that count?

A guy at work wanted the measurements to build a 3D model because theyre doing some promo gifts and want to give it to a watch maker so they can just plug it into the milling machine. The watch will be based on the case of a Daytona.

It sounds cheesy, but I have seen some of their designs for faces, and they look nice enough.

Its a kind of deal sweetner for the best clients...(once they have signed) haha.

Probably more time effective than spending the best part of a week making a model.
