Just got another Coen Brothers collection featuring this. Great film, but one slightly confusing bit in that fantastically surreal scene where Caspar kills the Dane - why is that chap screaming? Hopefully someone can enlighten me, I keep replaying the scene to no avail (however "always put one in the brain" could be one of the coolest lines in a film ever).
