Whilst listening to Radio Scotland at around 5.15 pm last night I'm sure I heard that there are more people in Scotland who claim incapacity benefit than there are people who are working.
Judging by the nuumber of cars parked in the centre of Glasgow with Disabled stickers probably correct as you can be working and getting benefiot can you not?
