My GP advised me that anger managment classes are hard to come by.

To be fair I'd just come for my travel injections so I wasn't particularly impressed by her telling me this.

I quite like being angry......but it really isnt' for me. It is a serious problem that i'm trying to help with. I just have no clue where to point someone for this sort of thing.
