So will I get a ticket? driving past a scamera at 55mph on an NSL road, camera behind me, nutter goes past the camera at about 70mph in the opposite direction and sets the thing off

No, they will be able to work out the speed of your car so there wont be a problem.

If you were doing less than the limit, of course they cant give you a ticket!
