Do BBC Iplayer hold back programs?

I've been waiting over an hour for mock the week on iplayer. Do you think they intentionally not put the program out immediately after it is finished? Surely it's there, ready to go.

I'm positive that I've seen programs on iplayer sooner than 2 hrs after it has finished in the past.

Obviously their idea of 'coming soon' is a lot different to mine!

Don't know but Dragons Den took ages on Wednesday, didn't dome on until 2am. Other programmes came on immediately.
