Looking for some insight from the PH masses......

I have the choice between the Butchers Block at the Maze or the Chef's Table at Murano for a forthcoming dinner with one of my clients. There will be 10 of us, and both are priced similarly (BB at Maze £100pp + wine, CT at Murano £115pp + wine).

I've not been to either before and would welcome any thoughts/views on which is the better. The client is not 'stuffy' at all - and I know they will appreciate good food.

Thoughts?

I've not done the Maze but Murano was stunning, one fo the best meals I've ever had.

I did a review on here somewhere (we had the tasting). I would certainly go back.

Not a big fan of Maze - to me it looks too much like the Upper Class Wing/Lounge at Heathrow. Lots of others rave about it though so perhaps I should give it another try.

Plenty of good things said about Murano.

Im still a massive fan of La Petite Maison and Scotts if that works for you.
