Who is the PHer that is a watch/dealer

I am thinking of asking for my birthday a Tag Ladies Aquaracer.

I remember last year a very helpful Pher giving me a good price on an Omega for the Other half, but for the life of me I can't remember his name.

He obviously dealt in the "nice" end of the market.

Any ideas?
