How can they place the Renault Sport Megan R26.R above the Sagaris, Griff and Tuscan 2???

They do seem to have an unbelievable love of that Renault. I went on an EVO trackday recently (Bedford) with my Sag, and they brought the Renault down so I had a good look at it up close. Not only is it not actually THAT fast (in proper sportscar terms), but it just seems like a totally compromised car in my opinion.

I'm mean sure, it is a fast hatch ..... - but why on earth would you BUY a hatch, with no rear seats and a built-in rollcage? Why not just buy a proper sportscar? Renault seem to have done away with all the practicality that a hatch offers, and have ended up with a completely impractical, plasticky, tacky, fast .... err ... hatch-shaped track special. Weird.

i always wonder who it is that votes in these polls?

EVO is a joke and I would take what they say with a large pinch of salt. A couple of years ago they hailed the Integra Type R as the greatest FWD car ever created up to that point. Now we find that that Type R is 15 places below a car it beat in the same test; a Clio Trophy, what the feck! Show some consistancy please.

The list did appear to be a bit random- 250 GTO down in 63rd? Eh? Oh that's right I am sure that I would gain much more pleasure out of driving my Griff... (No I don't think so either)

Because it probably is the best fwd car to date and will be a collector's car in my view.
