18" Spiders: Are they wider on the back than the front

Are the 18" spider alloys wider on the back than on the front ?

I know the back tyres are wider.

I'm pretty sure the widths front and rear are the same but the offsets are definitely different.

TVR Power have some wheels they claim will fit on CERBERA, SAGARIS, T350, TAMORA and TUSCAN.

They are 8.5" X 19" for the front and 10" X 19" for the rear...........if that helps

Rears are wider, Have them on my Tam.

Hi,

I do believe that they were specifiable at build time.

My Cerb has the same width wheels (8.5J) but a different offset on the rear (33mm) than the front (42mm). The tyres are 225mm front and 255 rear. I have heard that Cerbs originally had the same offset on front and back (35mm) but, apart from some rubbing I can hear on severe left handers, I have no probs
