£17 - £20K, mileage adds nothing apparently.

The mileage will knock the car a bit trade in wise, bearing in mind they have no dealing margin in the VXR8's I would probably expect you to be offered £15k px, if the dealer wants the car.

Privately just look at what else is up for sale at the moment and price accordingly, I would guess £18-19k at the moment.

The Monaro is worth what its worth, anymore you get offered as px is wooden dollars so to speak its only made up out of discount. If the VXR8 was at list price and they offered you £25k px it would look fantastic, be at the same balance to change when they are offered at £24k and they offer you £15k px.

Look at the overall deal not simply what you are offered as px.

Had me wondering at first was thinking im sure it was a Monaro!

Just as a minor point the trade prices on VXR8's on an 09 are a good couple of grand higher than it has been possible to buy one for recently, once they have all been sold in theory you could make an easy profit!
