WHERE TO GET PARTS FOR A PANASONIC DMC-FZ28

Please could someone...anyone! Tell me where I might be able to get a knew settings knob for my camara,it got knocked of recently and the pins moulded into the silver settings know have snapped off,I just an hoping that I can get hold of another knob ,tried the internet but no joy.Any help where to look work we great.Dan (Camara only 3 months old!)

you will have to take your camera to an approved repair agent , panasonic will not sell parts to anyone else

3 months old - warranty claim maybe?

I bought a compact from Amazon and when a bit of the battery door snapped off after 11 months, they replaced the camera without quibble.

sounds like the op is saying it is accidental damage , so would not be covered
