Catalytic converters

Has anyone had experience of blowing one of the cats by the manifold (4.0l chimp), through the exhaust system, and it collected by the third large cat in the down section of the exhaust, as i seem to have a rattle developed inside this large downward section of the exhaust!

any help much apreciated, but please no laughing cause i did this caining it at Mallory on Tue!
