MAN Airport - Shuttle Park

Anyone used this?

I am using on Thursday when we go to Turkey. Its costing £38.99 for 8 days but it is 1.5 mile from the airport (although it is operated and owned by the airport). To get to the terminal their is a bus i believe. Is this free?

Are the buses reliable - i dont want to be stuck around waiting on our return flight as it will be early morning.
