I should know the answer to this but can't remember..... frown

I have a valid B1 visa (although it's now 9.5 years old and in an expired passport!).

When I entered the US last month they asked for it and I dodn't have it and they said for any future visits i should bring it.

I wasn't planning on going again before the visa expired but now find myself going again on Wednesday.

I can't remember whether I fill in the white or green I94 form using this visa - normally it's white for visa s (and I used these when I had my resdency visas) but I seem to remember that as you are effectively travelling under the visa waiver program you still fill in the green one.

Can anyone help ?

Thanks.......although I distinctly remember filling in the green one using this visa......perhaps I'll get both just in case they get awkward!

Hi, the green one is the I-94 visa waiver form. The white one is the 1-94 visa arrival/departure record. If you enter the US with any visa (as opposed to waiving the visa requirement) the white one is what you need to complete.
