1997 Drivers door trim - advice on fitting

Evening all,
As a got out of the old girl this evening the drivers door trim seems to have pretty much come away from the door. The wire is in place and the whole trim is held on by one attachemnt just at the top rear I think.
No idea why this has happened as it has been 100% solid and was fine 5 mins earlier when I had stopped to tank up.
Anyone got a diagram or instructions as to how I get to all the relevant fixings so I can reattach it. Itys a real problem as in effect the drivers door cannot be opened.
Any help much appreciated as always!
