William Shaw, the banker who was branded a liar by Brunstrom, is taking Brunstrom to a Professional Standards Comittee.
He wants a public apology from Brunstrom and is also calling for his dismissal.
Daily Post report today has Mr Shaw commenting, "That man owes me an apology on prime-time TV. Such offensive conduct is absolutely outrageous"
Mr Shaw says he had to drop thoughts of a libel action for financial reasons.
