Is that the one which was the subject of an epic rebuild thread over a period of time ?
Either way, fantastic looking car.

Yep, that's the one. The total of the car is north of £42k

I thought that this was gonna be a thread passed to the mods for blatant advertising, however was pleased to see this exquisite machine was the topic.

Priced too high? If I had only £35k to buy a car, then I'd admit that this would not seem great value considering what else I could buy. If, however, I had 6 numbers roll in on Saturday and was looking for pristene examples to fill my garage, then I'd rip the vendors arm off .... I'd need another "lesser" car to make into a track weapon though.

Truly lovely.

How about spinning this thread to be more about the car than the sale, and giving us more info on the restoration, and loads of pictures? Or at least giving us a link to the previous write up about this car.

Hi MAtt,

the thread is VERY long and it's located on S14power.com. I suspect most of you are not members though...

http://board.s14power.com/showthread.php?t=4052

The car was basically torn in pieces, the shell taken to the bone, virtually ALL wearable items were replaced all others were reconditioned (bead blasted, galvanized, primed and re-sprayed .

This was my 2nd M3 e30 rebuild so nothing was left to chance, a few upgrades were done like reinforcing front subframe mounts, rear arm ARB tabs, etc., etc.. To give you an ideia on how comprehensive the rebuild was EVERY single component involved in cooling with the the exception of the rad was replace so it was the wiring, the switches, the fan, the pipes, the pump, the reservoir and the cap!

Here's a few more shots, please ignore the silly sequence:
