Hi

I have seen a new automatic IWC midsize (34mm i think) pilots watch for £1,250. Thats looks a good price, would you agree?
Does anyone have any comments on the watch, and also, what is its value likely to be in say 5 years time? Thanks.

With the fashion for ever bigger watches the smaller Spitfires aren't in great demand. Anyway, please don't get sucked in to buying a watch as an investment. Sure, it's worked for a few but - and as an IWC owner - this make you buy for love, not financial gain.

I have small wrists but it does look a little small. To be honest I think I prefer the Sinn 556 (and probably wrongly like the fact that it is a visible movement) but wondered whether it would be more cost efficient to go for an IWC

Agree with most of the above. I like the spitfire but don't buy it as an investment. Enjoy!
