from me, sorry chaps.
Meeting some friends for dinner on Saturday night and they want to go for a good oriental meal.
We don't eat out in ABZ much these days.
Jasmines used to be pretty good as did Sams on King Street. Are these still decent? Anywhere better? Budget not really an issue. Been years since I was in any of them.
I was never that impressed with Yu or the one on bridge street.
I'd be keen to go back to Yatai but apparently my mates wife doesn't like it
Fussy cow.

Haven't been since I worked in town, but I could never fault the food / service at Dim Sum Inn George St.
(Only issue was the parking)
Anyone have any more recent experiences of it?
eta & it wasn't much of a place to look at.
I couldn't recommend it. Last time we had food there, we got our money back. (Only issue was the parking)

ZEN Oriental on Bon Accord Terrace Very Good.
China town on Dee Street also Very Good.
Our favourite is Sai gon on crown terrace all you can eat for £20.95 all dishes are freshly prepared for you when you order you can order as much as you want good if you want to try something different and if you don’t like it you just order something else

You had better book. It is very popular with the Chinese.

The owners Jenny and Ian are really nice and Dim Sum on Sundays is just fantastic.
I can also highly recommend Tien on Great Northern Road. The location is not the greatest but once inside you wouldn't know. The food is excellent and it is run by the ex Manager from Chi and her husband who was also the head chef at Chi.

Yep, very popular with the chinese, the building looks authentic although a bit tired. However it's the food and dining experience you go for and I've no complaints.
