Cokertme Kebab?
Discussion
Does anyone have a definitive recipe for Cokertme Kebab?
It is a kebab native to the Bodrum region of Turkey, and the search engines bring up either basic recipes (ie the ingredients) or are in Turkish.
It is basically thinly sliced and seasoned steak/veal on a bed of yogurt and tomato puree/sauce which in turn sits on a bed of fried potato chips the size of matchsticks.
I've had it many times in Turkey and it is simply superb but am struggling to recreate that authentic taste that I remember.
