I'm currently on a training course, on a monitored internet connection. The training is boring so PH is my saviour. Just googled for "VAG cup holder" as i want one for the Skoda, and 2 of the results involve pelvic floor excercies!! How the hell is that related?

An alternative sanitary product. Think small rubber cup rather than huge wad of cotton wool. Very good product by all accounts.
