Hi anyone know of a rolling road in the warwickshire area that can set up a carburettor car? and approx costs?

Depends on the carb I'd hope all could set it up but most will carry few (if any) jets these days.

The best 'old school' dyno I know is Mick at Hi Tech in Dudley.
