AMG Specalist Service

Anyone know of a AMG specalist in the south east? Someone recommended Merc Tech but I can't find any info on them. I have a SL55 that has high intake temp so is down on power. Looked at intercooler cooling pump, made sure no air in system, temp sensor and relays etc... still running too hot at idle and under load so over fueling and down on power.

I live in the south east and make the trek up
to milton keynes (auto class) to get my car serviced. If I'm
concerned about something I'll take it to mercedes to get a diagnosis/quote (Vikings Canterbury) and then get a second opinion from auto class over the phone.

Not sure where abouts you are in the South East, but Olly who runs Prestige Car Service has an excellent MB independant garage in Horndean, near Portsmouth.

Worth a trip for the service alone, but being that he's slightly outside of London the labour rates compare quite favourably

I would also recommend the above garage, had some work done recently on my C36 and would definately go again.

All ex Merc engineers, Merc diag computers etc, they are good and 1/2 MB dealer price
