Wonder how long he was on the NHS waiting list for. As a committed senior Labour Party supporter there is no way he would have private insurance. That would be hypocritical.

Eurgh. I feel sorry fo the poor doctor who has to examine Mandy's prostate, watching him quiver in ecstasy as the rectal probe works it's way deeper inside.

Mandelson actually goes in for this "operation" every week without fail. The Doctors can't understand why but they think they must be doing a good job because he always leaves with a smile on his face.

Dr A nuss commented ' advances in surgery in this area have been fantastic, we normally use nanotechnology to clean and sterilise the affected area. However with this patient we were able to stick in a length of gutterpipe'
