Tenant offering a substitute for paying rent...

OK, this is not my usual PH name but my anonymity is required...
And I can't post in the Lounge for 14 days so it's in here! If a mod wishes to move it, please feel free.
I own a few flats, one of which is occupied by 2 female students. One of said students is on holiday for summer and, since they have been excellent tenants for 3 years now, I told the remaining student that she didn't have to pay her flatmates share of the rent while she's on her own. They've looked after the place very well and have been very patient when I've been having renovation/decorating work done at the flat.
Now, the girl in question is a bit skint. She called me last month and told me she couldn't pay her rent for August. I said she could pay me it at the same time as the September payment if it's just this one time. They've never missed a payment before.
She can't afford it again this month (£600 now). I was round there at lunchtime and she subtly made the suggestion that she would be willing to let me shag her if I would write off the debt.
Now, I'm a happily married man but she's pretty damn foxy (and 20).
PH'ers, what should I have done?
A: Nail her and let her off with the cash and worry (or hope?) she misses another payment.
B: Say no and leave. It's not worth risking my marriage and if it's happened once it'll happen again and I'll keep losing rent.
Are there any legal issues aside from cause for divorce?!

If you were going to sling one up her you'd have done it without asking on an internet forum.

She has the money, she just knows you're soft since you waived flatmates rent so she thought she'd try it on for herself as well.
Also for that kind of money you could have a very very good escort who also won't have the potential to blackmail you in the future.

Seriously, don't put yourself in that position. If you do this, you will be easily blackmailable - you'll end up giving HER money to keep quiet.

Actually, tell you what. Get six volunteers off here to pay £100 each and havea go at her all at the same time.
She's gets the debt written off, six people get a go a her, you get to film it and sell the resultant movie.
Everybody wins.

If you went for option 'A', I could easily see you coming back in few months time with a thread along the lines of:
"Help, my tennent is blackmailing me and threating my family life if I don't let her live there rent free for ever".

But I would say this is a potential minefield that could quite easily ruin your life and you never see any rent money again, although may receieve great sex for the foreseeable future.

Pretend you missed the signs. Tell her you are willing to be patient for the money but she must now start paying you back the missed month's rent. If she should be paying £300 tell her it will be £350/£400 until the debt is paid.
She'd have to be monumentally dirty in the sack to be worth £600 and failed marriage.
