Where is a good place to buy a vintage rolex from? Looking to spend up to £1000. Anyone recommend any one at all?

Also to the diamond experts on here. I have a few questions about buying and ring and maybe they can help.

Thanks

I'm not sure what you can get for £1000, but if you're in London and can stretch to nearer £2000 then have a look at http://vintagewatchcompany.com/

As mentioned I think you may need to go a bit above £1000, although the site below has a perpetual date for £1250:

hehe Had a browse at that site and thought I liked the look of the Explorer, looked at the price and thought yikes£11k+ for an old steel watch, nice though.

there's an antique shop in york near the minster that gets vintage watches, quite often has Rolexes in there, no idea on costs to be honest.

Decent shop generally, run by a mate's OH.
