The chap and his mother wanting to fly from Ireland to London for brothers wedding, I just don't understand why they were annoyed at 'Easyjet' who refused to let them fly simply because "no one told us we would need a passport or photo id!" rolleyes

It's astonishing that after 10 years of this programme people will STILL turn up to check-in 30 minutes late and try to argue their way on to the plane.

I'm actually suprised airlines haven't adopted a "Just fk off!" approach by now.

Frankly, the fact it's the law to travel to pretty much ANY other country that you require a passport, the fact that people A: forget them, or B: think they don't need one, means that there are still people out there who are too stupid to use air travel full stop! rolleyes

Indeed. I also like the ones that are explicitly told 'not to go to the bar' and then proceed to go straight to the bar and get pissed...then find they aren't allowed to travel and get all chavvyraged aboot itbiggrin...ace!yes
