I know its not quite the right forum but where else to turn?!

I need the center bore of my alloys enlarging around 5mm is this possible and does anyone know of a machine shop in Hampshire/Surrey that can do this?

as long as it'll fit on a centre lathe its a simple job, you may have difficulty finding a shop enthusiastic enough to the cause to do it for you as its a nothing job, other than being ripped off for your troubles,

what size wheel

That's a big wheel and will need a bit lathe with nearly 11"of swing to mount it in the reverse jaws,, it would be easy enough to mount then on a miller and bore the centres using an adjustable boring tool.

if you were local to me i could help out but your miles away.
