Bumper scrape/cut repair

Hi all
My bumper's been kindly scraped/cut and I'd appreciate any help anyone can give re getting it repaired.

I assume it's a respray job, but if there are cheaper but still quality options I'm all ears.
Here are a couple of pictures which show the damage as best I can. One cut has gone through to the white primer and there's a bit of paint 'crazing' too.
Thanks for any help anyone can give. I'm based in SW if anyone has a ny recommendadtions
