Tamora WA04 KXK and tech question

Hi, does anyone know anything about the above Chameleon Green tamora before I part with any money?

Also on test driving the car ir is happy to rev allthe way in neutral but under load the engine refuses to rev above 3000rpm and stutters and misfires. Whilst the vendor is happy to fix it I would like to know what might be the cause. Any thoughts?

Sounds like an ignition problem
Could be coil pack/leads/plugs.......

Yes - my thought is that the seller needs to get that mended before he sells the car.

Could be £5 spark lead or £5000 rebuild.

Agreed. Don't buy until fixed. Test it when warm to be sure it is fixed.
