Phil

Thanks once again - for letting me drive your fine car.

The meet was excellent and the little rumble with the F40 on the way home was the cherry on the cake..

Sorry I missed you guys, didn't get there until about 12.30. I think most people had left by then. Did end up taking a very long detour on the way home, which was fun! driving

That indeed was fun, I was the idiot with the camera in the passenger seat of the BMW chasing you guys. I'll get some shots up later. Didn't bring my wedge as it's still off the road frown

It was great to see the wedges out though! thumbup

Not much, just needs some new HT leads, cooling bits, and gearstick bushes to have it back on the road. So really not much I just haven't got round to it.

Best be quick .. I've heard rumours that the Summer is over soon and dreaded winter is coming.

Yes - spotted you car .. but it was next to impossible to spot the owners unless you had just pulled up.

Yes, I did not acknowledge the other wedger's who made the trip.

Re future PH meets just keep an eye on the 'Events' forum!

Sorry you could not make it Wayne.

I've booked my car into Barnet this Fridays (replace rear wheel bearings, sort out rear suspension problem, great door hinges and bleed clutch) so will not have car back until sometime next week.

However, I intend to pop up to Knebworth as always a great show so look forward to seeing your car again.

Hi, I was the fool driving the BMW and Chris was snapping with my camera. As he promised I uploaded some of the shots we got. Not easy whilst trying to keep up with you two, I only have 6 cylinders!!
