ok here we go list of brand new parts fitted
master cylinder (servo type)
braided hoses (all 6)
4 pot claipers + discs
rear cylinders + shoes
and all pipes
now for the problem i have a very long pedal before it starts to brake
i have bleed the brakes manual and also used a pressure bleed kit so i know there is no air in it but the pedal still goes down to nearly the floor and will not get any better if we pump the pedal
any ideas as to what could be at flault would be great
thanks david

Do the 4 pot calipers have the same piston area as the originals?

i think so as we had the problem before we renewed it all could it be the valve thing on the bulkhead as this is the only thing that was not new and the servo it self is there any way of testing the valve
thanks david

are the rears adjusted properly

I find 4 pots do tend to be a bit longer though
