couple of suggestions

Hi guys, couple of suggestions.

On ph mobile, on the reply page, have a couple of newlines after a quoted post. On my bb I have to scroll to the end of one line of text to put my cursor to reply! D'oh!

Have a "posted from a mobile device" icon on a post. I'm guilty of not putting a lot of effort into spelling/grammar on this tiny keyboard.

Have a thread view option where only the op's posts are shown. Good for the bunker thread. Who wants to read pages of "any updates"?

Some classifieds on ph mobile; you can see (br/) but with less and greater than signsm

Oh yeah that was it. Put a sticky in the loung saying "want the old p&p back" then tell them about the forum headibg feature. Loads of people don't know about it!

The page is an exact copy of the normal site, so we will look into adding this to both.

We do not know if a post is from a mobile device or from a computer as they both go through the same processor (and hopefully soon we will have a single domain name for both devices, so can't look at that either). I will have a think if there is an alternative way to tell.

The ever delayed new parser (finishing this week now mobile is live) will hopefully solve most of these issues, but if you have an example we can look into the specifics.

I think a forum user guide is needed which will highlight this feature plus others, I am going to get one of the guys here to start work on one this week.

Ahh that's a shame. Could you capture referrer or something? Then bung it in a db field if it matched the mobile providers. Would be a nice one .
